In this wellbeing class we bring awareness to breathe, we work on mobility for 20 mins different every week, Time spent mobilising joints can be life-enhancing looking after your mobility is the best if not equal to building muscle mass both are gifts to your future self. If you don't use it you will lose it. Remember to keep moving the less you move the stiffer the body and often we become comfortable in the uncomfortable which leads to more restrictive movement. Stay ahead of the game and enjoy the process. We top the session off with a 10-minute meditation another gift to your future self. Staying connected to who you are as a human. Recharging the mind and body is a worthy habit to gift yourself from now. Plus 5 mins of journaling to cleanse the mind or a moment to write down fabulous ideas.
