CARDIO HIIT High Intense Interval Training is necessary for cardio conditioning. 40 seconds of exercise and 20 seconds of rest. Tabata is 20 seconds on 10 seconds off. All exercises are low impact with alternatives and options to be more dynamic depending on your fitness level and energy available to you on the day. Time to stretch and cool down for good recovery of the nervous system which helps reduce the naturally elevated stress in the body during midlife.
