STRENGTH TRAINING PART 1
Week six you should be feeling really pleased with yourself, totally connected to the exercises where to feel it and how to do it. Ready for a weight increase or slightly longer holds. Remember to gradually increase the weights, you may only be able to do a few reps at the heavier weight which is great, slow and steady progression here, keeps us safe from injury, never lose sight of your technique or how the exercise feels to you.

STRENGTH TRAINING PART 1 Should be fully engaged with the exercises now as we gradually increase the weight maybe only one set of each exercise. Play around with it remember this is a gradual progression and this way we keep injuries at bay and feel really connected to the exercises. Well done
