Remember to always lean towards the cautious side, there is always tomorrow to lift or do more repetitions or maybe even more time under tension.

WEEK 2 let's continue to get connected to the exercises, constantly bringing our attention to what the body and mind are feeling. You may wish to increase the weights depending on how new to the exercises you are and how long you have been training with me. It's so good to be training with you.
