10 X SHOULDER RETRACTIONS, 10 X HIGH PULLS HANDS TO EARS, 10 X WS EXTERNALLY ROTATING SHD BACK, 10 X COMBO INTO SHD PRESS, 10 X EXTERNAL ROTATIONS SIDE WAYS ON TO DOOR, 10 X SINGLE ARM ROWS, 10 X DOUBLE ROWS. Build up to 3 sets of 10. Then build up to TWO sets OF 10 and continue into building up to THREE sets of 10 and when this feels easy move to next band strength. Remember this is ongoing maintenance. keep me posted in how you are progressing.
