Session is designed to stimulate the mind and challenge the body. Focus is on upper body with; 1) Snatches full body exercise 2) Rows 3) Bicep/Triceps super sets 4) Shoulders combo Warm up and Cool down included.
Always Two days of rest in between these sessions really facilitates quality recovery and allows time for muscle growth. We need lean muscle mass to protect vulnerable joints so you can continue to have freedom of movement daily and not be in pain.
