Lots of fun although i am clearly under the weather so taking a lot of it very easy. We have to work with what our bodies are offering on the day.

In todays class we had some fun with, 1) rocking horses 2) monster walks 3) tightropes 4) march + k lift +lateral raise into k lift 5) hip hitchers 6) star taps 7)statues and tree poses. Such a great class to complement the other targeted classes. Great awareness class.
