Hi Alison so pleased you are feeling the benefits. I see your running has improved which make it so much more pleasurable and with the strength training classes it ensures better protection to the joints particularly during menopause when tendons and ligaments are more susceptible and vulnerable to injury.
Bear crawls definitely not my favourites however a great all rounder and knowing that i'm not doing them on my own helps to keep me motivated to continue with them:) Getting up and down becomes increasingly more challenging as we head through midlife if we don’t challenge ourselves now. Over the 12 week programme we will see some great improvements and be able to do them easier for sure. Keep up the good work and i look forward to seeing you in class.
