Hi Ann - as you suggested, I have just done Mix it up strength from the od 21st August. In the light of our 1-2-1 on Wednesday I was super aware of my knees and so could adjust precisely to make the supporting muscles work better. Used the heavy fabric band for the side steps etc which was truly challenging! Biceps are crying after 5kgs for all!! Have a super Margate weekend and speak on Monday. xxx
Hi carrie that is absolutely fantastic, so pleased you enjoyed the mix it up ST session, its good for the mind and the muscles to have a change as they can get to comfortable in what they know. Having a 1-2-1 session really helps to hone in on whats going on. well done to you Carrie muscle mind connection fired up. Will keep my eye on you in the VIP zoom group :)
