I am being very careful with my left knee which is getting quite arthritic, and found that if I really concentrate on hinging and pushing hips back on those darned heel taps back and forth the pressure in the knee is so much less acute and painful. Once again - keep on listening to your words of wisdom even though I think I've heard it all before! Have a great weekend.x

And just done the mix it up strength class on SIF - feel much better than I did before I started if a bit fatigued. It's going to be quite a time before I an go from cross legged to standing I can tell you! Hell - I must be aging worse than I thought!! xx
