Hi Ann - Just lovely to be back in class this morning. I find that even though I've been a regular for what must be a couple of years now - just concentrating on making tiny improvements on technique really impacts on the efficacy of the exercise. I use 2kgs for Friday class which I've been using for a while with great ease, swinging them up and about using their momentum rather more than my muscles!! Today, doubling up to 4 kgs on each side and focusing intently on the specific movement and 'listening to you carefully I had to seriously push myself. It's fantastic - thank you. Every day in every way it's getting a little bit better. Have a fabulous weekend and see you as soon as I can make it live again.x
