Hi Ann! Upper body strength training was great today and definitely feeling stronger. My biggest weights at the moment are 2 x 4KG dumbbells and was thinking of investing in some 5KG. Would you recommend dumbbells or kettle? I only use them in your classes.

Hey Alison great to have you in class, I would go for the 5kg Dumbells great for upper and lower body workouts. Look at you 5KGs Excellent. I know you can swing a 10KG kettlebell as well FABULOUS progression
