Enjoyed "the legs up the wall" and practiced box breathing, in for 4, hold for 4, out for 4, hold 4, repeat... then with the meditation afterwards, feeling well chilled!

Hi Sue great to have you in class and found your own breath that is what it's all about and allowing the time to be kind to ourselves. Legs up the wall are so wonderful for our nervous system hitting the parasympathetic portion of our nervous system, an excellent tool to reduce stress in the body calming those pesky hormones, along with rest time for our digestion and powerful for our circulation. I was away with the fairies, thankful for the timer:) Followed by meditation, what's not to like? Thank you for sharing. Love Ann XXXX
