Great class thanks. Wall sits with band and weight not getting easier but technique possibly improving! Saw - one arm forward - currently neigh on impossible. Something to aim for!

Just did the strength class on demand - plank and pressups tough due to dodgy shoulder - but getting there slowly! Feel great now.
