In this session we use some alternatives including bands which are fantastic when you are away from home. We continue to connect with the exercises, setting our intentions with form and using time under tension for certain exercises. 1) double arm swing throughs into shoulder holds and presses 2) wall sits with biceps or lateral raise and even some calve raises super challenging. 3) side lunges with weights or bands as alternatives 4) fabulous press ups and bonus triple sevens or tens for Biceps.

Two days of rest in between these sessions really facilitates quality recovery and allows time for muscle growth. We need lean muscle mass to protect vulnerable joints so you can continue to have freedom of movement daily and not be in pain.
