Then we have some fun with our balance exercises, building your confidence as we play around with weight distribution through the feet using slow and fast moves to keep the mind stimulated and reactive and the body responsive. A perfect example of the mind and muscles working together in harmony not in disarray.

In todays class we had some fun with, 1) rocking horses 2) monster walks 3) tightropes 4) march + k lift +lateral raise into k lift 5) hip hitchers 6) star taps 7)statues and tree poses. Such a great class to complement the other targeted classes. Great awareness class.
