In todays class we have 1) monster walks 2) squats with bird dogs 3) hip hitchers 4) pass the ball 5) tight ropes 6) statues. Such a great session to complement the other targeted classes. we have some fun with our balance exercises, building your confidence as we play around with weight distribution through the feet using slow and fast moves to keep the mind stimulated and reactive and the body responsive. A perfect example of the mind and muscles working together in harmony not in disarray.
