In todays class we had some fun with, 1) rocking horses 2) monster walks 3) tightropes 4) march + k lift +lateral raise into k lift 5) hip hitchers 6) star taps 7)statues and tree poses. Such a great class to complement the other targeted classes. Great awareness class.
