Wonderful super challenging class! Managed 4kgs for backs of arms final set (3s for the earlier ones and the final to fatigue set) Found it hard to engage hamstrings on the single leg dead lifts so opted for doubles with 2 x 6kgs. Arnies - always effective 4 kgs which was plenty! biceps with 6kgs !!!! I'm off for a lie down now!
Didn't think I'd be saying this but I plan on getting some heavier weights. Golly something's working. Thanks
