Hiya Ann - did the 3rd July Stretch and Med instead of the balance class this morning. After the strength classes earlier in the week I felt the need for some gentle stretch and mobility and glorious legs up the wall. It did the trick! Thank you

Hi Ann - Hope you're better and enjoying Scotland. Have done strength 1 and 2 and balance and cardio OD so was feeling a gentle stretch and meditation was in order. Did the 1.08 one and found it soooo gentle and rebalancing. Wonderful thank you.
