Did OD today instead of cardio 12th july Loved the mix - going round all the exercises and then repeating is a great change and just keeps the concentration going. Hope you feel better and that I see you in class when you're rested and back to full power! x
And......I wanted to add that I did split lunges without weights and found I got lower and felt the glutes more by really squeezing and pushing up thru the heel slowly and carefully. Better on my knees too.
