I am seeing definite improvements in strength doing these specifically targeted sessions. They are truly challenging and I feel the aching muscles for several days afterwards......but I am upping the weights and can see the tone increasing.

YES YES YES Carrie consistency is key and knowing how to do the exercises and where to feel them. The correct weights and repetitions for the muscles to become fatigued, followed by a two-day rest period from the resistance training, to allow time for the body to restore and build lean muslce mass.
Ooh wobbly legs! But definitely seeing an improvement in those wall sits. Thank you Ann for helping me future proof my body!!
