Just done June wk 2 stretch and meditation. I find that the structure of my week makes this the class I most often miss or skip........so doing it today was an absolute treat ....the high light being the 'legs up the wall' complete an utter fabulousness!! Adding in the earlier roll downs meant that the 'legs up the wall 'were straighter and in contact with the wall surface without any effort. Truly relaxed and stretched at the end. Thank you Ann.
That is absolutely fabulous Carrie, I'm so pleased you took time out to squeeze it in. The feeling after having the legs up the wall for me is truly that of relaxation and calmness in the body. And yes you are so right roll-downs lengthen through the lower back and along the hamstrings back of the legs, ideal for legs up the wall pose. In fact, I'm going to treat myself right now to a little 5 mins relaxation. Thank you for your feedback. Keep it coming
