Hi Ann,
Into the 2nd week of live streaming now - all going great guns - congratulations. I am slightly sad that you can't see us all working hard! Loving the stretch this month and those HIT circuits are most deceptively tiring!! Who would have thought that such simple moves could get your heart pounding so effectively? Keep up the good work.

Thank you Carrie, really focusing on ensuring streaming is running smoothly this month. The goal ahead is to have a VIP group through Zoom (internet permitting) and also have other ideas around this. Starting this April 2023 the first Tuesday of every month will be a check-in for all things SIFTV and much more.
So pleased you are enjoying the Stretch class this month we have our regular exercises and I just love to throw in a couple of new ones to keep you all on your toes:) HIIT class you are so right, sometimes the simplest ones are the most challenging, which of course brings me right back to mind and muscle connections, when we connect the benefits are 10X Thank you for your feedback, keep it coming XXXX

Every month I like to use a variety of balance exercises to keep the mind and body working together so it doesn't get lazy and complacent this all helps to protect our vulnerable joints so we are less likely to get injured. XXXX

wow Ann, all that hip work definitely helps the dastardly deep squats, progress, but still a way to go. Really find the gentle preliminary chair work makes a difference. Yes do let's do more legs up the wall too! cx

Just done Wed cardio live - really enjoying the simplicity of it. Very effective for getting the old ticker pumping.

Little request - could you include quick quad stretch at the beginning of class. I find that if I do, my squats are a bit better. Feel free to ignore - if you don't think it appropriate!!
