MARCHES + FIST PUMPS - SQUAT + THIGH SWEEPS - LADDERS + REACHES - SHUFFLE OUT SHUFFLE IN - In week One 40 seconds on exercise and 20 seconds off rest, over the month we gradually increase the time on the exercises. All exercises are low impact with options to be more dynamic.
Afterwards we luxuriate with an extended cool down to reduce the naturally elevated stress in the body. During midlife, this is a little more difficult to regulate so we spend time working on our breathing which encourages good recovery of the nervous system.
