Such a great session to complement the other targeted classes. Power walking for your cardio steps along with plenty of attention to your posture. Then we have some fun with our balance exercises, building your confidence as we play around with weight distribution through the feet using slow and fast moves to keep the mind stimulated and reactive and the body responsive. A perfect example of the mind and muscles working together in harmony not in disarray.
